About Good Code Ltd.

Good Code Ltd. is Matthew Harris's product development and software consultancy. Matthew has worked as a Software Engineer, Head of Engineering, and Head of Product Development.

He has built independently and as part of a team, led product development, and advised companies having trouble delivering. We work with startups and scale-ups in the role the project needs.

How we work

• Make the first day useful. We start with the decision or piece of work that will move your project forward.
• Deliver in small steps. Each step is something you can use or learn from, so you see working results early.
• Look at the whole system. We consider the product, the software, and how people work together when deciding what needs to change.
• Prototype to decide. When a decision is unclear, we build a quick prototype to test the assumptions behind it.
• Use AI in delivery. We use AI coding agents in our daily delivery work.
